CRM Manager

BettingJobs are hiring a remote CRM Manager for a start-up crypto casino brand. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience using Fast Track and managing CRM in the iGaming sector. Experience with crypto is a strong advantage. English is the only language required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise CRM campaigns and player engagement strategies using Fast Track
• Oversee customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM activities with business goals
• Support CRM integration with crypto solutions where applicable

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Fast Track CRM in the iGaming industry
• Strong CRM management background in online gaming
• Crypto experience is highly desirable
• Fluent in English (no additional languages required)
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote setting
