About the Hiring Company:

The Technical Account Management team ensures customers’ daily operational needs are met. The Technical Account Manager oversees communication between customers and internal teams, stepping in when needed to escalate issues, coordinate responses, and ensure customers receive timely and appropriate feedback.
The role also acts as the Delivery Manager for an assigned group of customers, ensuring that new integrations, product features, and releases are delivered smoothly.
The Technical Account Manager should have a clear understanding of customer sentiment and ensure internal teams respond appropriately. They will also manage critical escalations, monitor customer delivery timelines, and gather customer and market feedback to support the Operations and Product teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the business.
• Collect and assess client product requests and feedback for internal teams.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and in a timely manner.
• Prioritize and coordinate customer requests and feedback in a structured format.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure key product deployments and support activities are delivered successfully.
• Assess service quality across functional teams and recommend improvements.
• Maintain customer delivery timelines by coordinating with internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management, and C-level stakeholders.
• Own and oversee the integration process to support successful client launches.
• Manage and justify client requests while ensuring quality feature delivery.
• Manage critical escalations between the business and clients.
• Handle daily incidents between the support team and clients.
• Support daily operator enquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential blockers to business growth.
• Review external customer communications before they are sent.
• Check customer-facing documents for accuracy.
• Facilitate and manage ad-hoc projects.

The Successful Candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience in the online gaming industry.
• Previous experience in a similar Operations role.
• Good understanding of key performance indicators in the online gaming industry.
• Ability to influence key decision-makers at executive and C-level.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to business needs.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
