VIP Manager / Customer Support Specialist (iGaming)

Client service specialist with 2 years of iGaming experience: one year in customer support and one year as a VIP Manager. In the VIP role she manages communication with high-value players, builds long-term relationships, handles non-standard requests and objections, monitors client activity and coordinates with internal teams to keep players engaged. In support she handled player tickets in written channels, including complex cases, conflicts and escalations, following service standards and internal procedures. Before iGaming she worked in hospitality (bar operations, direct sales, inventory, training new staff), ran communication and moderation for a Telegram community, and did cold sales at a large telecom operator, where she was named best employee of the month in her first month. Looking for a full-time remote role from Armenia; salary expectation from $2,500.
