spinhireFinancial Operations Specialist/Payments (iGaming)
О специалисте
I am a Financial Operations Specialist with over 2 years of experience in iGaming and Fintech, specializing in fiat and cryptocurrency payments, mass payouts, and reconciliation. I have successfully managed daily payment processing, handling 30-40 transactions on regular days and over 350 during mass payouts, totaling [скрыто] transactions monthly. I played a key role in scaling a company from 70 to 190 employees and increasing peak transaction volumes by 76% without compromising payment processing quality. I optimized operational processes, reducing the time for specific tasks from 1.5 hours to 15 minutes and accelerating overall payment processing by approximately twofold. I am proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experienced in managing multi-currency accounts and interacting with banks and payment providers. I am seeking a role where I can leverage my expertise in financial operations and process optimization.
