Over the past year worked in the Risk Management department of one of the largest international Asian online casinos, identifying and acting on syndicates, bonus abusers and multi-accounting through account and data analysis, reviewing customers' financials and betting patterns to select high-risk accounts and reporting on financial impact. Earlier spent a year and a half in customer care at a Georgian betting operator, monitoring customers for violations of gaming regulations and casino policies.
