Exchange Specialist

BettingJobs is working with client who requires an Exchange Specialist with deep knowledge of betting exchange mechanics to support product, liquidity and market operations. This is a core hire for someone who lives and breathes exchange betting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal authority on exchange mechanics: back/lay, order books, matching, commission models
• Monitor and support market liquidity, identifying gaps and opportunities across sports and markets
• Work with product and tech teams on market setup, pricing display and trading features
• Support the acquisition and retention of specialist and professional punters
• Analyse market activity, matched volumes and liquidity trends
• Contribute exchange expertise to content, education and marketing initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant hands-on experience with betting exchanges (as trader, operator or power user)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with market data, odds and margins
• Understanding of liquidity dynamics and market-making principles
• Experience at an exchange operator, trading firm or as a professional trader is a strong advantage
