BettingJobs are hiring a Casino Marketing and Operations Manager for a leading online casino group, with flexible remote options in Malta or Germany.
This is a broad, hands-on role ideal for candidates with 2-3 years' experience in slots/casino (not betting or poker) who are fluent or native in German, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage VIP relationships and player engagement
• Execute CRM activities including campaigns, promotions, and bonuses
• Oversee casino management, game selection, and provider coordination
• Support brand management for new site launches
Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in slots/casino marketing or operations
• Fluent or native German speaker
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely
• Strong foundation in casino marketing principles, with a willingness to learn new areas
• Based in Malta (remote) or Germany (remote or hybrid)
