Business Development Manager - Russian Speaking

BettingJobs are partnering with an iGaming startup payment service provider seeking a Russian-speaking Business Development Manager to join their team on a remote basis.
This role is fully remote and focused on partnership development, payment network expansion, and commercial negotiations in the payments sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, financial institutions, and local payment partners
• Expand upstream payment network and source new payment channels and methods
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and coordinate onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and operational readiness
• Monitor market trends and regulations, and identify new partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Russian language (Native or Fluent) is mandatory
• 3+ years of business development experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
• Strong network with PSPs, acquiring banks, or local payment providers preferred
• Familiarity with cross-border payments, acquiring, and payment infrastructure
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Professional English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in the CIS payment ecosystem, high-risk merchants, or alternative payment methods
• Additional languages are a plus
