## Описание

BettingJobs are working with a fast-growing B2B iGaming technology business — a proprietary games studio, aggregation provider and next-generation PAM platform operating across regulated international markets — who are looking to appoint a commercially minded Legal & Compliance Officer.
Reporting directly to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, you will support the full spread of legal, regulatory and compliance matters underpinning a technology-led group that is scaling its distribution, aggregation and platform business across multiple licensed jurisdictions.
This is a genuinely broad, hands-on role with real ownership and direct exposure to senior management. You will draft and negotiate the agreements that sit behind the commercial business, support multi-jurisdictional licensing and regulatory obligations, and help maintain strong corporate governance across the group — while working shoulder to shoulder with the Commercial, Product, Development and Finance teams.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including game distribution, aggregation, PAM, SaaS, master services, licensing, supplier, consultancy and software development agreements, NDAs and DPAs
• Support contract lifecycle management from negotiation through to renewal and termination, maintaining the contract register and coordinating execution
• Maintain and continuously improve the legal template and precedent library
• Support regulatory licensing applications, renewals and ongoing licence maintenance across MGA, Isle of Man, Curaçao and other jurisdictions
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and coordinate reporting and correspondence with regulators
• Assist with AML/CFT, sanctions screening and responsible gaming obligations, and support the development of internal compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on their practical impact
• Assist with board resolutions, minutes, statutory registers, filings and company secretarial matters across group entities, including restructurings and new incorporations
• Review new products and features from a legal and regulatory perspective, working closely with Product and Development throughout the launch cycle
• Advise on AI, intellectual property, software licensing and wider technology matters
• Manage the trademark portfolio, including registration and protection of game names and brand assets, and coordinate clearance searches ahead of launches
• Support game certification, testing house engagement and regulatory submissions
• Support GDPR compliance, including privacy notices, DPAs, data protection impact assessments and records of processing activities
• Identify, assess and escalate legal and regulatory risks, providing practical, commercially focused advice
• Support internal audits, remediation of findings and legal due diligence on counterparties and transactions
• Instruct and coordinate external legal advisers where necessary, managing scope and cost
Requirements:
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
• 2-5 years' PQE or equivalent commercial legal or compliance experience
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise effectively
• Previous experience within the B2B iGaming industry — ideally with a game provider, aggregator or PAM provider — highly desirable
• Licensing experience across MGA, Isle of Man and Curaçao regulatory frameworks advantageous
• Practical GDPR and data protection compliance experience advantageous
• Company secretarial and/or in-house legal experience advantageous
• Additional language(s) a plus
