BettingJobs is working with a newly opened live casino studio in Medellin that is looking for an experienced live casino candidate to manage the streaming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead managers overseeing 24/7 live streaming studio operations, ensuring uninterrupted service and SLA compliance.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and studio expansion projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift rotations across all studio teams.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, corrective actions, and accountability across all levels.
• Develop SOPs, enforce workflows, and maintain clear communication with local management.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
• Ensure all studio equipment and infrastructure are fully operational and properly maintained.
• Lead rapid issue resolution during live operations with technical and network teams.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Own SLA performance, quality standards, and operational accuracy across all shifts.
• Monitor operations in real time, resolving issues and performance gaps promptly.
• Recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and stability.
• Deliver regular KPI and operational reports to stakeholders and global management.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, internal teams, and global leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience leading large-scale 24/7 operations with 150+ employees.
• Strong operational planning, workflow management, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel and data-driven performance management expertise.
• Proven people-management and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Power BI and Jira.
• Background in live streaming, broadcast, gaming, or technical operations.
• Knowledge of networking, systems, or infrastructure environments.
