Digitain is seeking a self-motivated, passionate and detail-oriented professional to fill the vacancy Junior Financial Risk Specialist. This position is shift-based and includes morning, evening and night shifts.
Responsibilities
• Investigate, classify, and prioritize various forms of fraudulent users and payment concerning activities
• Establish risk and fraud avoidance measures
• Monitor and analyze customers' attitudes
• Support, approve and define limits of Company branches
• Approve customer’s withdrawal requests
Requirements
• Graduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Experience in the gaming industry is required
• Strong knowledge of online payments, gaming accounts, banking, and payment processing is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with various risk analysis tools
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess and manage risk with attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of sports games and casino games, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry dynamics.
• Mathematical thinking and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent punctuality, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the fast-evolving industry
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
