We're looking for someone who genuinely understands how Reddit works - not someone who simply posts content and hopes for the best.
Location: Prague office or remote
Employment: Full-time
What you'll do
- Launch, manage and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns
- Set up and manage two official brand subreddits
- Create native Reddit content and community campaigns
- Run promotional campaigns and AMAs
- Monitor brand mentions and community feedback
- Handle reputation management and public discussions
- Build relationships with relevant subreddit moderators
- Analyze results and improve our Reddit strategy
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of hands-on Reddit experience
- Experience with Reddit Ads
- Background in digital / performance marketing
- English B2/C1
- Experience with community management and moderation
- Good understanding of Reddit culture and community guidelines
- Analytical mindset and willingness to test and optimize
