👀 The Role
Title: Head of Growth
Location: Toronto - in office
The Head of Growth - Canada will own the strategy and execution required to grow Midnite’s Canadian casino business. This leader will build and scale the Canadian Growth function by leveraging Midnite’s central capabilities, expertise, technology and standards.
As the single point of accountability for Growth on the Canada Leadership Team, you will translate the Canada strategy and P&L into an integrated Growth plan. You will combine hands-on performance marketing with brand building, customer value and cross-functional leadership across Midnite’s central capabilities.
This is a highly accountable, hands-on leadership role for a marketer who is committed to winning with integrity, building a strong brand, developing a high-performing team and translating strategy into execution.

You will:

• Own the Canadian market and brand Growth strategy and integrated annual and quarterly plan.
• Recommend how the approved investment envelope should be deployed across media and player bonuses/incentives.
• Stay personally close to flexible, data-driven media investment and optimization.
• Align Brand, Media, CRM and Affiliates around shared Canadian priorities and KPIs.
• Partner with the Canada GM, Product, Commercial and central teams on a locally relevant go-to-market plan.
• Balance short-term acquisition with brand development, retention, cross-sell and long-term player value.
• Own the Canada Growth performance narrative and connect channel activity to P&L outcomes.
• Build and develop a high-performing Canadian Growth team while working within one global Growth organisation.

The next Midniter:

• You are a director or senior-director-level performance marketer with deep, hands-on experience deploying and optimizing media investment.
• You understand acquisition, player value, payback, retention, cross-sell and marketing economics.
• You have direct experience with attribution, marketing mix modelling and platform measurement.
• You can expand a performance-led engine into differentiated brand building over time.
• You bring strong commercial judgement and can allocate investment using player value, incrementality and marginal return.
• You have built teams and can align senior stakeholders and specialists without relying on hierarchy.
• You know the Canadian customer and media landscape and are comfortable working from the Toronto office.
• Gaming experience is preferred; fintech or another regulated consumer-technology background is also relevant.
