William Hill Sportsbook has an opening for a Sports Book Manager to run its operations. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the operations of our sports book and fostering a high-performing, welcoming environment that is focused on customer service and compliance.

• 2+ years of management experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sports book
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
• Successfully pass all onboarding requirements necessary for this job (drug screen, background, etc.)
• ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
• Must be able write for extended periods of time
• Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries
• This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment
