# IT Tech Support Technician **Компания:** Playtech **Локация:** Atlantic City, , United States **Формат:** офис **Зарплата:** по запросу **Тип занятости:** FULL_TIME **Опубликовано:** 2026-08-19 **Актуально до:** 2026-10-11 Источник: https://spinhire.io/job/3030 — SpinHire, джоб-борд iGaming. ## Описание ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: • Must be able to adhere to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures. • Provide technical support for the video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems accordance with the specified procedures. • Perform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment such as video cameras, audio, video cards, cabling, and any other equipment’s in accordance with the specified procedures. • Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops and any hardware as requested by management. • Monitoring information systems by diagnosing problems, solving them immediately and advising the direct manager about the work carried out and the execution times. • Respond to user calls and troubleshoots, and to diagnose and resolve software problems. • Monitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems, or organize the aversion of problems. • Provide a day-to-day technical support such as consultations and provision of services for users. • Make and save reports of any related documentation. • Eager to learn and participate with new applications, software, and networking stocktaking. • Prepare necessary technical report when requested by the management. • Understand and use IT technical terminology and comply with any regulatory enactments, standards, and provide technical documentation requirements. • Execute duties in accordance with the standard IT service operating procedures. • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Associate degree (Preferred) and/or equivalent technical training. • Must be 21 years of age or older • Preferably, 1 year of previous IT and/or technical computer experience. • Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc. • Knowledge – Windows and Windows office related software installation and troubleshooting • Networking skills – good cooperation skills, ability to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations, ability to cooperate with people with different views and culture • Communications skills – ability to clearly and unambiguously explain issues related to work, company's rules and procedures. • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Punctuality and attention to detail. • Ability to learn quickly and work independently. • Ability to understand and to use IT technical terminology. • Be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards. • Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $25 • Yearly Bonus • Vacation Days: 10 days • Sick Time: 5 days • 10 Holidays pay • Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, LTD/STD, Life Insurance. • 401K – 4% match Physical Functions • Frequent standing and walking. • Bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, squatting, and crawling to access equipment in various locations (e.g., under desks, behind servers). • Reaching, twisting, turning, climbing stairs, ladders, or potentially into and out of vehicles or elevated platforms. • Ability to lift and move objects, often ranging from 10 pounds regularly to 50 pounds. Occasionally lifting heavier items, potentially up to 100 pounds, sometimes with assistance or appropriate equipment. • Carrying and transporting materials and tools. • Frequent use of hands and fingers for tasks like typing, grasping, and manipulating tools and equipment. • Visual capacity for using computer equipment, reading manuals, and performing detailed work. • Working in various environments, such as live streaming floor and any back of the house areas.
