Find, onboard and scale US affiliates for a sweepstakes casino. Remote or office in Prague, $1,500-2,000 fixed + KPI bonuses, B2B.
Description:
We’re developing a Sweepstakes Casino project for the US market and hiring two Affiliate Managers. You can work fully remotely or from our office in Prague. We’re looking for people who know US traffic, can find partners on their own and scale them to volume.
What you’ll do
Find and attract new affiliate partners in the US market
Bring your active partner network to the project
Manage partners through the full cycle: sourcing → negotiation → onboarding → launch → monitoring → scaling
Negotiate strong terms on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
Analyze traffic sources and player quality
Track FTDs, deposits, turnover and ROI
Grow volumes with existing partners
Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links and postbacks; prepare reports
Requirements
Affiliate marketing experience in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes
Recent experience: currently working in the role or finished no more than 3 months ago
Hands-on experience with US traffic and knowledge of effective sources
Understanding of how Sweepstakes Casino works
An active partner network you can start with quickly
Ability to independently find, onboard and grow partners
Strong negotiation skills
English B2+ (C1 is a plus) for emails, calls and negotiations
KPI-driven, independent, results-oriented
Nice to have
Recent experience specifically in Sweepstakes Casino

Two formats
🌍 Remote
$1,500–2,000 fixed, depending on experience and results
During working hours, please be available: answer your manager’s calls or call back within 15 minutes
🏢 Office in Prague
Up to $2,000 net fixed, depending on experience and results
You live in Prague and can work in Czechia under a B2B contract
