About the Role:
Our AI agents generate playable ad code, but great playables need a creative brain steering the quality.
You'll write detailed briefs, review output, and make sure every playable we ship is both high-quality and highperforming.
What you'll do:
- Write detailed creative briefs for playable ad production, translating game DNA, audience insights and performance data into a clear creative definition
- Review playable ads and give sharp, actionable feedback on mechanics, visuals, juice and UX flow
- Review and give feedback on briefs written by others
- Run creative research across the playable ads landscape using competitive intelligence platforms
- Track creative performance metrics and use them to guide creative decisions
- Work with product teams to improve how our generative AI tools support creative quality
- Mentor team members on quality improvements when needed
What you bring:
- 2 yrs of experience as a Creative Producer
- Gaming industry background: non-negotiable. You understand how games are marketed and what makes players convert
- Playable ad experience: you've managed playable ad production on the creative / marketing side
- Strong brief writing: you can turn a game's identity into a clear, actionable brief
- Sharp feedback instincts: you can say exactly what's wrong with a playable and how to fix it
- Creative performance awareness: you understand metrics (CTR, IPM) and how creative choices affect them
- UA knowledge: you understand the user acquisition funnel and where creatives fit in
- Experience with competitive intelligence / creative research platforms
- Passion for generative AI and pushing creative boundaries with AI tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI-generated content or AI-assisted creative pipelines
