Role Purpose
BOYLE Sports is seeking a talented Sportsbook Campaigns Planning Executive to support the planning and delivery of high-impact Performance Marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will bring strong sports betting sector knowledge and play a key role in shaping engaging campaigns aligned with promotional, product and commercial priorities.
The successful candidate will have proven betting-industry experience, a strong understanding of the sporting calendar, and the ability to translate commercial, promotional and product priorities into clear, integrated campaign plans.
Working cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Design and Trading, they will help ensure campaigns are timely, relevant and well-executed, supporting customer acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of Sportsbook marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Maintain the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with key sporting events, competitions and product launches.
• Collaborate with PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social Media, Trading, Product and Design teams.
• Coordinate campaign delivery from briefing through launch, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and consistency.
• Prepare campaign briefs, promotional requirements and supporting materials for relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign progress, identifying operational dependencies, potential delays and execution risks.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and promotional opportunities across UK and Irish markets.
• Contribute innovative campaign ideas and improvements to planning processes.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting and performance trackers.
• Track campaign performance, supporting optimisation of acquisition, engagement and conversion.
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize outcomes

Experience / Qualifications Required

• 2+ years’ Sportsbook campaigns experience.
• Good understanding of the wider Digital Marketing ecosystem.
• Excellent communicator with strong commercial judgement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office and Google Analytics.
