System Administrator

We are an international B2C company operating in the iGaming industry, with a focus on the US Sweepstakes Casino market.
As we continue to grow and scale our operations, we are looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT infrastructure, ensure the security and reliability of corporate systems, and support our distributed teams.
This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on specialist who can independently manage IT operations, improve existing processes, and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & System Administration
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's internal IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
Administer Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Manage corporate cloud services, email systems, domains, DNS, VPN, and network configurations.
Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system availability.
Implement backup, recovery, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
IT Security & Access Management
Manage employee accounts, permissions, and role-based access to corporate systems.
Implement and maintain security policies, MFA, VPN, and secure authentication mechanisms.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and revocation.
Monitor security risks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure secure handling of corporate data and sensitive information.
Corporate Tools & Technical Support
Administer corporate services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and other business tools.
Provide technical support to employees across different departments.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, and access-related issues.
Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and corporate IT assets.
Maintain technical documentation, IT procedures, and infrastructure inventories.
Process Optimization & Automation
Automate routine administrative tasks using scripts and available tools.
Develop and improve internal IT processes to support company growth.
Collaborate with Development, Product, Security, and Operations teams on infrastructure-related tasks.
Participate in infrastructure improvements, system integrations, and IT-related projects.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or IT Infrastructure Specialist.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration; experience supporting macOS.
Experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and routing.
Hands-on experience with access management, IAM, MFA, and security best practices.
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of backup solutions, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery principles.
Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and manage multiple priorities.
English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication with international teams.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, or other high-availability digital products.
Experience supporting distributed, remote-first international teams.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
Experience with Cloudflare, SSO, identity providers, and endpoint management solutions.
Understanding of security and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Experience implementing IT infrastructure and security processes from scratch.
