Traffic Analyst

We are looking for a Traffic Analyst due to the expansion of our department. The main goal of this role is to improve the quality of user traffic analysis, identify issues in user experience and conversion funnels, determine the reasons for user drop-off, and detect suspicious activity.

Your key responsibilities:

Analyzing user session recordings in PostHog and Microsoft Clarity.
Studying user behavior during registration, deposit stages, and interaction with the website.
Analyzing partner traffic by geography (GEO), Affiliate ID, and other behavioral metrics.
Checking for suspicious registrations, multi-accounting, and other potential signs of fraud.
Preparing reports and spreadsheets, as well as presenting results to the team.
Monitoring results after implementing changes.

What we expect from the candidate (Hard & Soft Skills):

Grade: Junior+ / Middle. We are also open to considering a Junior candidate with strong analytical skills and potential for growth. Experience in web analytics is not mandatory.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and the ability to find patterns or anomalies in datasets.
Ability to clearly articulate and justify conclusions based on collected data.
Analytical thinking, a systematic approach to tasks, perseverance, and responsibility.
Result-oriented mindset, objectivity, openness to feedback, and willingness to share observations.

Nice to have:

Experience with PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
Experience working with web products and analyzing user behavior.
Curiosity, proactiveness, and critical thinking.
