We’re Hiring: B2C Affiliate Lead | iGaming
We’re looking for a B2C Affiliate Lead to strengthen our team and drive affiliate acquisition and growth across LATAM.
We need someone who knows how to find and build relationships with affiliates, analyze campaign performance, and scale traffic while maintaining acquisition costs and traffic quality.

What you’ll do:

Source, recruit, and develop relationships with affiliate partners and webmasters across LATAM.
Analyze competitors and market opportunities across GEOs.
Set up affiliate offers and prepare media kits for partners.
Track campaign performance, analyze statistics, and deliver regular reports.
Develop payout policies and affiliate terms.
Scale traffic while maintaining target CAC and quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming/B2C.
An existing network of affiliate contacts across LATAM.
Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Technical knowledge of postbacks, S2S tracking, and UTM parameters.
Experience working with affiliate networks and BI/analytics tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.

Remote work.
Flexible working hours: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00.
Preferred time zones: UTC+2 to UTC+6.
Probation period: up to 3 months.
