Go Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to design, build, and scale our next-generation slot engine from the ground up under high-load conditions (10k+ RPS).

Responsibilities

Design and develop a high-performance, scalable slot engine from scratch
Ensure mathematical precision, RNG integration, and absolute data consistency
Analyze and refactor existing Node.js modules, with potential migration to Go
Optimize and maintain high-load services handling 10k+ requests per second
Work with PostgreSQL partitioning, Redis state management, and messaging systems
Collaborate directly with the CTO and core engineering team
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in Go and deep understanding of concurrency and performance
Experience working with high-load distributed systems
Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex transactions and optimization
Experience with Redis and message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)
Strong understanding of ACID principles and data consistency
Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Domain experience in iGaming (slot engine mechanics, math models, RTP calculations, or payout logic).
Prior experience executing tech stack migrations (e.g., Node.js to Go).
Familiarity with ClickHouse, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS infrastructure.
