Technical Compliance Officer

This is a pivotal role at the meeting point of regulation and technology, keeping a sophisticated platform compliant across multiple regulated markets. You'll own technical compliance for your assigned licences and jurisdictions. That means turning regulation into clear requirements for Product and Development, investigating reporting discrepancies, managing certifications and leading the technical side of new market launches. This role suits a hands-on compliance professional who enjoys digging into data and driving solutions. Candidates with transferable experience from testing, QA, data analysis or other regulated tech environments will also be considered, and full training on the platform is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Own technical compliance for assigned licences, managing priorities and regulatory workstreams
• Monitor legislative and technical-standard changes and assess their impact on the platform and processes
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured, testable requirements for internal teams
• Oversee regulatory integrations and data submissions covering self-exclusion, player limits and activity reporting
• Investigate and resolve rejected, missing or incorrect regulatory records, coordinating corrections and root-cause fixes
• Manage technical compliance incidents, from impact assessment through to remediation and regulator communication
• Coordinate game, RNG, platform and jackpot certifications, and liaise with regulators and testing labs
• Lead technical gap assessments and implementation for new licences and market launches

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in technical compliance or regulatory technology within online gambling
• Knowledge of regulatory technical standards and certification processes
• Experience working with test labs such as GLI, eCOGRA, SIQ or BMM
• Proven track record leading technical requirements for new licence launches end to end
• Comfortable with, or keen to learn, XML, JSON, CSV, APIs, logs and regulatory reporting schemas
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
• A self-starter who can manage multi-jurisdiction projects independently
• A degree in law, finance, risk, IT or a related field is desirable
