Commercial Marketing Manager

Relax Gaming is a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry, delivering premium content and aggregation solutions to some of the world’s top operators. With more than 350 employees across 11 offices in Europe, we are now looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to strengthen the connection between our Commercial and Marketing teams.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded marketer our new - Commercial Marketing Manager - who knows how to turn business priorities into campaigns, content and experiences that make an impact. You will bring together client activation, sales enablement, product and game launches, events and experiential marketing into one coordinated function.
Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Design, you will develop initiatives that engage customers, strengthen partner relationships and support new business opportunities. You will also shape the marketing strategy behind our major industry events and client experiences, ensuring that every activity is connected to clear commercial objectives.
The role reports to the Director of Marketing and includes direct responsibility for one team member within the Marketing team.

What you’ll do

• Develop commercial marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with Relax Gaming’s wider business objectives.
• Partner closely with the Commercial team to understand client priorities, sales opportunities and business needs.
• Plan and deliver account-based marketing initiatives and tailored campaigns for priority clients and strategic partners.
• Create client and partner activations that increase engagement, strengthen relationships and support commercial growth.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, sales decks and other client-facing content.
• Create and coordinate client email campaigns, from copywriting and scheduling through to delivery and follow-up.
• Work with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Design to plan and activate successful product and game launches.
• Develop creative launch plans covering pre-launch communications, launch activity and post-launch engagement.
• Own the marketing strategy for major industry conferences, client events, sponsorships and experiential initiatives.
• Design client-facing experiences, hospitality activities and executive events that deepen relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ensure event activity is integrated into broader client and partner marketing plans rather than delivered as a standalone initiative.
• Oversee event concepts, promotional materials, commercial presentations and customer engagement activities.
• Own the planning and coordination of Relax Gaming merchandise, including sourcing, production, inventory and distribution.
• Establish clear objectives and success measures for campaigns, launches and events.
• Use performance data, stakeholder feedback and client insights to improve future activities and investment.
• Manage relevant priorities, resources and budgets across commercial marketing, events, experiential activities and merchandise.
• Lead and support one Marketing Events team member, providing clear direction, priorities and development opportunities.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Represent Relax Gaming’s brand, values and commercial proposition across every client touchpoint.

We believe you have

• Relevant experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, commercial marketing or a closely related role.
• A strong track record of developing marketing initiatives that support sales objectives, client relationships and business growth.
• Experience with account-based marketing, client activation, campaign planning, product launches or sales enablement.
• Experience delivering events and experiential marketing initiatives, ideally within iGaming or another fast-moving B2B industry.
• A clear understanding of how marketing can influence client engagement and commercial performance.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team member and providing clear, supportive direction.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent English copywriting, presentation and communication skills.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Design and other internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating marketing assets, agencies, suppliers, budgets and event-related activities.
• Familiarity with email marketing, digital marketing, social media and content management platforms.
• A creative and proactive approach, combined with sound commercial judgement.
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards for quality and execution.
• The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends when events require it.

You are someone who can see both the commercial objective and the creative opportunity. You enjoy getting close to customers and understanding what will genuinely engage them, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
You are comfortable moving between strategy and delivery: shaping a client marketing plan one day, refining a sales presentation the next and bringing a major event activation to life after that. You build trust easily, communicate clearly and take ownership from the initial idea through to execution and evaluation. Most importantly, you know how to turn strong marketing into meaningful commercial impact.
