About Us
We are a fast-growing international company in the online advertising space, working with advertisers and
partners across multiple markets. We're expanding our commercial team and looking for a results-driven
person who enjoys combining sales with data and marketing.
What You'll Do
• Build a pipeline of new advertisers through outreach and prospecting
• Drive revenue and work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Understand each client's objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions
• Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Launch, monitor and fine-tune campaigns to maximize their results
• Run A/B tests and use the findings to improve performance
• Turn sales and campaign data into clear, actionable insights
• Keep strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Attend industry events and conferences from time to time
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a similar field
• Background in digital advertising, affiliate or performance marketing is a plus, but not required
• A sharp analytical mind and confidence working with large amounts of data
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus
• Ability to work from our Paphos office
