BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious B2B iGaming aggregator, newly established in Dubai, to appoint its first Commercial Manager. You'll shape its commercial engine from day one as it builds a platform aimed at a global customer base.
You'll be a hands-on commercial lead with a real seat at the table, setting strategy, pricing and deal structures for a business that is still being built. This role suits an experienced B2B iGaming commercial professional who wants ownership and influence rather than a narrowly defined remit. Candidates already based in Dubai or ready to relocate are welcome, and private healthcare is included.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the commercial strategy for a newly launching aggregation platform
• Build the pricing model and commercial frameworks from the ground up
• Source, negotiate and close deals with operators and content partners worldwide
• Advise leadership on market entry, partnership priorities and go-to-market planning
• Build a sustainable pipeline across a global customer base
Requirements:
• Proven B2B commercial experience in iGaming, ideally within an aggregator (some flexibility for strong Dubai-based candidates)
• Strong track record in deal-making, pricing and commercial negotiation
• Confidence shaping strategy in an early-stage, build-it-yourself environment
• Network across operators and suppliers in multiple markets
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
