Finance Manager

About the Role

We are an international iGaming company experiencing active growth and expansion. We are looking for a Financial Manager to oversee cash flows, ensure the stability of our payment infrastructure, and support the company's day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor liquidity across bank accounts and international payment systems.
Manage the payment calendar and ensure all payments are processed on time.
Verify payments against approved budgets, expense categories, and internal financial policies.
Liaise with banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and international financial partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted financial operations.
Monitor and optimize cash flow.
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal procedures.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in iGaming, betting, FinTech, crypto, payment systems, or affiliate marketing will be an advantage.
Hands-on experience working with international banks and payment systems.
Understanding of cryptocurrency payments and blockchain networks, including TRON (TRC-20), ERC-20, and BEP-20.
Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and analytical thinking.
Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize tasks effectively.
English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
