Business Development Manager (Middle / Senior) - iGaming CPA Network

The opportunity
Help an international iGaming CPA network expand its advertiser portfolio. You will source operators and brands, negotiate offers, and take deals from first conversation through tracking, launch, and growth.
This is advertiser acquisition: the offers you bring in give affiliate partners relevant products to promote and help the network grow.
About the network
The network connects iGaming advertisers with affiliate teams and other performance partners. Current priorities include Latin America, Asia, MENA, and Africa; you will influence the offers and commercial terms available in those markets.
What you will own

• Build a pipeline of iGaming operators and brands, then open conversations with decision-makers through targeted outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
• Run discovery calls to understand each advertiser's GEOs, acquisition goals, traffic requirements, and economics.
• Present the network's value, propose suitable cooperation models, and negotiate CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid terms.
• Coordinate tracking, integration, and launch with internal teams; monitor campaign performance and grow successful advertiser relationships into long-term partnerships.
• Keep pipeline, deal terms, forecasts, and follow-ups clear in the CRM.

What you bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience for a Middle profile, or 3+ years for a Senior profile, in iGaming business development or CPA-network sales. -You should have personally sourced and onboarded advertisers, operators, or iGaming products into a CPA network or media-buying business.
• Experience building a B2B pipeline and closing partnerships with advertisers, operators, or brands.
• Practical understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models and the commercial factors behind a sustainable deal.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, lead negotiations, and keep multiple prospects moving through a sales cycle.
• Confident English for calls, written follow-ups, and commercial negotiations; B2 level is the benchmark.
• A clear, organized approach to CRM and pipeline management.
• An active network or market experience in Latin America, Asia, MENA, or Africa is a plus. Familiarity with tracking, postbacks, and launch coordination is useful.
