Server or Waitress? Earn Up to $23/hr (Tips) On Camera – No Restaurant experience required!

Company Description
Still smiling through double shifts, impossible tables, and tip-outs that don't add up?
There is a better move.
Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.
No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.
If you've worked as a server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or in any restaurant or hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we look for.
We train you on the rest.
Job Description
This is not a restaurant job.
No food running. No cleaning tables. No side work at the end of a long shift. No customers demanding modifications at 9pm. No tip-outs you didn't see coming. No doubles you didn't ask for.
You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips — every single shift, regardless of how busy it is.
Think: the personality and composure you built on the floor + live hosting + studio environment.
The people skills? You already have them. The games? We teach you those.

Why Servers and Waitresses Succeed Here
If you've worked on a restaurant floor, you already know how to:

• Handle pressure without losing your composure
• Read people and adjust your approach on the fly
• Keep energy up through a full shift no matter what
• Follow procedures while still being personable
• Recover quickly when things don't go to plan
• Show up and perform consistently every single shift

That experience transfers directly here. The games are new. The skills are not.

• No casino floor — no smoke, no chips, no cash handling
• Consistent hourly pay plus tips — every shift, not just the busy nights
• Paid training — zero casino experience needed
