About the Role

We are hiring a Senior VIP Strategy Manager to lead our VIP Strategy department, direct line managers, and scale our high-value customer operations. You will own end-to-end retention and engagement strategies, drive customer lifetime value, and align cross-functional teams to deliver an elite VIP experience.
Key Responsibilities
●Lead, mentor, and build high-performing VIP Strategy managers and specialists.
●Own overall departmental strategy for retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
●Drive advanced customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and personalization.
●Partner with CRM, Product, Marketing, and Service leaders to streamline the VIP journey.
●Track high-level metrics to optimize campaign performance and retention outcomes.

Must Have
●5+ years in CRM, VIP Management, Customer Retention, Account Management, Luxury Sales, or related roles.
●Proven success in managing and retaining high-value customers, driving customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and repeat sales.
●Strong understanding of VIP customer behavior and premium customer experience.
●Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
●Fluent in English, Mandarin & Malay (spoken and written)
●Candidates with other South East Asian languages may be considered

Nice to Have

●Experience in online entertainment, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium membership businesses.
●Experience managing VIP programs, loyalty initiatives, or high-value customers.
●Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and retention analytics.
●Strong background in customer engagement and campaign optimization.
