About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced iGaming Affiliate Partners to work with our client, an established online gaming business.
This is a performance-based partnership opportunity for affiliates with existing, compliant traffic sources and proven experience in customer acquisition within regulated or approved markets.
The ideal partner will have an established network, media properties, websites, communities, social channels or other legitimate acquisition channels and a proven understanding of affiliate performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
•	Promote the client's approved offering through compliant and approved traffic sources.
•	Develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns across agreed GEOs.
•	Use approved tracking links, landing pages, promotional materials and attribution mechanisms.
•	Monitor traffic quality, conversion performance and campaign results.
•	Maintain transparent records of traffic sources and promotional channels.
•	Optimise campaigns based on measurable performance and customer quality.
•	Follow all applicable GEO restrictions, campaign conditions and affiliate programme requirements.
•	Ensure promotional activity complies with applicable marketing, privacy and responsible-gaming requirements.
•	Work with the affiliate team to optimise acquisition performance and develop long-term partnership opportunities.
•	Provide reporting and relevant traffic-source information when requested.

Requirements
•	Proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing, performance marketing or customer acquisition.
•	Existing access to relevant and compliant traffic sources.
•	Experience with CPA, RevShare and/or Hybrid commercial models.
•	Understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution and performance metrics.
•	Experience with European and/or Balkan markets is an advantage.
•	Demonstrated ability to generate quality acquisition through established channels.
•	Strong understanding of responsible and compliant iGaming promotion.
•	An established affiliate network, media portfolio or relevant traffic sources will be an advantage.

Compensation
Performance-based CPA, RevShare and/or Hybrid commission models, depending on the partnership structure, traffic quality, GEO and acquisition performance.
