Format: fully remote, full-time
We are an international group of companies in iGaming, developing several online casino brands across European markets. We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM Operations team.
What you’ll do:
• Plan and launch CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• Segment the player base and set up automated journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation)
• Analyse campaign results and run A/B tests
• Work with the content team on copy and visuals
• Prepare regular performance reports
What we’re looking for:
• 1−2+ years of CRM experience, ideally in iGaming, betting or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
• English at B2+ level
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns at once
