Finance Manager (iGaming)

We are an international iGaming group with a fully remote team. We’re looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support our Chief Accountant as the group grows.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day finance operations across several group entities
• Verify, process and track contractor invoices and monthly payouts (EUR bank transfers and crypto — USDT/USDC)
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll providers
• Prepare and execute payment runs; keep payment records accurate and audit-ready
• Reconcile bank and crypto wallet transactions
• Monitor cash flow and prepare regular financial reports for management
• Support budgeting and cost control across teams and brands
• Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks and payment providers
• Improve and document finance processes as the company scales

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international or multi-entity company
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, payments and reconciliations
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
• Fluent Ukrainian
• Based in Ukraine

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech or e-commerce
• Experience with crypto payments (USDT/USDC)
• Familiarity with Maltese, UK or EU accounting and reporting
