SMM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager to take full ownership of social media for our iGaming project.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the SMM strategy, creating engaging content, growing the audience, launching promotional activities, and analyzing social media performance.

Responsibilities

Fully manage the project's social media channels.
Develop and implement an SMM strategy.
Create content plans and ensure their execution.
Write social media copy and prepare briefs for designers.
Develop audience engagement mechanics and activities.
Launch promotions, contests, bonus campaigns, and other engagement initiatives.
Analyze content and publication performance.
Monitor competitors and identify new content and growth opportunities.
Manage comments and communicate with the audience.
Prepare ideas and recommendations for growing the brand on social media.
Track key social media metrics, including followers, reach, views, engagement rate (ER), and other relevant KPIs.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on SMM experience in iGaming.
Proven experience independently managing Instagram and Facebook.
Strong portfolio with specific Instagram and Facebook cases and measurable results.
Experience developing SMM strategies and content plans.
Experience launching promotions, bonus campaigns, contests, and audience engagement mechanics.
Strong understanding of competitor analysis.
Ability to analyze content performance using relevant social media metrics.
Good understanding of iGaming and its specifics.
Confident working English.
Experience with Discord and Telegram is a plus.
Experience with Reddit is a plus.

What we offer

Office-based position in Prague.
5/2 schedule, 09:00–18:00.
Salary review after the probation period based on performance.
