Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is working with an ambitious iGaming operator to appoint an Affiliate Manager, a key hire to expand its affiliate portfolio and strengthen a growing Affiliate team. Based in Cyprus, you'll join a business investing in acquisition and looking for someone who can drive both new partnerships and operational excellence.
This is a well-rounded role combining commercial deal-making with hands-on operational ownership. You'll bring new affiliates on board, grow existing partnerships and make sure every deal delivers quality players and a healthy return. It suits a commercially minded affiliate specialist, ideally with strong Australian market connections, who enjoys negotiating as much as getting the reporting right.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new affiliates and manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate CPA, rev share and hybrid deals
• Monitor FTD volume and player quality, analysing NGR, LTV, retention and payback
• Identify fraud, poor-quality traffic and cannibalisation
• Reactivate underperforming partners
• Maintain affiliate reporting and deal records, supporting the team's wider operational function

Requirements:

• Direct iGaming affiliate management experience
• Australian affiliate experience strongly preferred; existing Australian relationships a major advantage
• Strong commercial negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of CPA, rev share and hybrid models, plus NGR, LTV, retention and payback
• Experience with MyAffiliates or similar platforms is useful
• Comfortable balancing partner management with operational and reporting work
