BettingJobs is partnering with an iGaming operator to appoint a Fraud & Risk Manager, a pivotal hire who will shape how the business protects its players, payments and bottom line. This is a chance to put your stamp on the risk function and build the framework the business relies on every day.
You'll own fraud and risk end to end: spotting threats early, setting the rules that stop them, and making sure the business has a clear view of its risk exposure every day. You won't only work cases. You'll design the procedures, escalation routes and reporting behind them. It would suit a hands-on iGaming risk specialist who is ready to step up and build a function rather than simply run one.
Responsibilities:
• Detect and investigate player and payment fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse and multi-accounting
• Build and refine fraud rules, risk procedures and a clear escalation process
• Review withdrawals and flag suspicious betting behaviour
• Monitor device and IP risk signals to identify linked or high-risk accounts
• Support KYC and AML checks alongside compliance colleagues
• Produce daily risk reporting for the business
Requirements:
• Direct fraud and risk experience within iGaming
• Strong working knowledge of payment fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse and multi-accounting
• Solid understanding of KYC and AML processes
• Experience with device/IP risk tools and analysing betting patterns
• Proven ability to create rules, procedures and escalation frameworks from scratch
• Confident producing clear, accurate risk reporting
