## Описание

This strategic leadership role oversees all Creative Services for Hollywoodbets, including in-house video, motion graphics, graphic design, photography, copy teams, and external agencies and production partners. The role requires expertise in brand marketing, creative strategy, content production, and stakeholder management. Working closely with senior leadership, the incumbent will develop and deliver an integrated content strategy aligned to brand and product objectives across multiple markets. They will ensure teams are equipped to produce high-quality, engaging content that supports brand messaging, audience engagement, and business goals. The role is responsible for driving creative excellence, operational efficiency, audience-focused content, and effective workflow management in a fast-paced environment, while fostering innovation, solving challenges, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering impactful campaigns.
