## Описание

Our client, a CSP offering corporate, fiduciary, and trust services to international clients, is looking for a Senior Accounting Administrator to support the Accounting Team.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €40K.
Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage client bookkeeping and general accounting
• Liaise with clients and handle their requests in a timely manner
• Support the Accounting Team with daily tasks
• Assist with management accounts and accountancy files for audit
• Assist with administration of bank accounts, including communication with banks and clients on transactions
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Prepare and manage documentation for statutory, legal, corporate, and administrative procedures
Education, Skills & Experience
• ACCA qualified or in the final stages of obtaining qualification
or
Diploma related to financial services
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role within financial services - non-negotiable
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, reliable, and highly organised
• Keen eye for detail and effective time management
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
