Head of Brand Operations (iGaming / Casino)

We are looking for an experienced operational leader to take full ownership of one of our iGaming brands. You will coordinate all key business functions, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive sustainable growth across the brand.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations of the iGaming brand.
Coordinate Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Customer Support, Payments, Risk, and Product teams.
Drive brand performance across key business metrics (GGR, NGR, FTD, Retention, LTV).
Launch new GEOs and operational initiatives.
Build and optimize processes across all operational functions.
Work closely with founders on the brand strategy and scaling.

Requirements

4+ years in iGaming.
Experience managing an entire casino/sportsbook brand or leading Brand Operations within an iGaming company.
Experience coordinating Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Customer Support, Payments, and Product teams.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs: GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, Retention.
Knowledge of LATAM markets is a strong advantage.
Experience launching new GEOs or scaling existing brands is a strong advantage.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
