Brand Manager / Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team!

Requirements

4+ years of marketing experience. At least 2 years in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role
Experience in iGaming, Betting, Gambling
Experience creating and maintaining positioning, brand platform, Brand Book, Tone of Voice, brand guidelines
Experience managing 360° brand campaigns involving multiple teams
Understanding of the marketing mix from a brand perspective: Brand, Creative, Content, PR, Influence, SMM (communications side)
Experience conducting marketing research (Competitor Analysis, Brand Health, CustDev, etc.)
Experience developing and implementing positioning and brand strategies
Experience working with ambassadors, influencers, sports clubs
Skills in managing budgets for brand campaigns and special projects
Solid command of analytics and understanding of key brand metrics
Experience setting tasks, prioritizing, and coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong communication and process organization skills
English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Responsibilities

Brand strategy and positioning

• Developing and updating product positioning, Brand Book, Tone of Voice
• Owning the brand’s Visual/Content Direction, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Implementing brand strategy across cross-functional teams, accounting for regional specifics

Brand campaigns and special projects

• Launching brand and 360° campaigns, coordinating launches together with cross-functional teams
• Initiating and participating in special projects, sponsorship activations, and merchandise
• Overseeing workflow: timelines, quality, and alignment with brand strategy

Cross-team collaboration

• Working closely with Design, Copywriting, SMM, Product, Analytics, Country Management, and other teams
• Coordinating tasks between teams and monitoring execution of brand plans
• Removing operational blockers in brand workstreams

Brand project management

• Managing brand projects from task setup through final launch, including reviewing deliverables from cross-functional teams
• Creating briefs, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution
• Managing priorities and statuses of brand projects

Brand processes

• Maintaining and improving internal processes of the Brand Management team
• Optimizing cross-departmental collaboration on brand matters
• Ensuring documentation, briefs, and workflows stay up to date

Research and market

• Monitoring competitors and market brand activities
• Analyzing trends and identifying new opportunities for brand development
• Participating in research: Competitor Analysis, Brand Health, CustDev

Reporting

• Preparing regular status updates on brand projects
• Reporting on brand KPIs and campaign timelines
• Maintaining project documentation and keeping work trackers up to date
• Monitoring brand metrics: Brand Awareness, Brand Equity, Share of Voice/Search, CPM of brand campaigns
