VIP Client Manager

We are looking for an experienced VIP Client Manager to work with premium clients and provide a high level of personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the VIP client portfolio.
• Provide personalized support and high-level service to VIP clients.
• Analyze client behavior and create tailored offers based on individual needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
• Participate in developing VIP campaigns, bonus programs, and exclusive promotions.

Requirements:

• Experience in VIP client management, Customer Support, CRM, or Retention.
• English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of customer behavior analytics and segmentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
