Head of Partnerships & Operations – SiGMA Foundation
Location: Limassol, Cyprus / International Travel Required
Employment Type: Onsite / Full-Time
Reports to: Chief Philanthropy Officer

Position Overview
The Head of Partnerships & Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SiGMA Foundation while driving partnerships, sponsorships and fundraising opportunities that support its continued growth.
Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this is a hands-on role combining operational management, international project coordination and partnership development. The successful candidate will ensure Foundation projects and expeditions are effectively delivered while building strong relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, industry leaders and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Sponsorships
• Identify, pitch and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships for Foundation projects and initiatives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sponsors, donors and strategic partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with partners and identify opportunities for continued involvement.
• Work with SiGMA's internal teams to ensure partnership commitments and visibility are successfully delivered.
Operations & International Projects
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the SiGMA Foundation.
• Coordinate humanitarian and community projects across multiple countries.
• Manage project timelines, logistics, suppliers, budgets and deliverables.
• Improve operational processes as the Foundation continues to grow and increase the number of projects delivered annually.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Expeditions & Fundraising Events
• Plan and coordinate international expeditions, treks and fundraising events.
• Recruit and engage senior industry professionals to participate in Foundation expeditions.
• Manage participant logistics, including travel, accommodation, transportation and itineraries.
• Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives connected to Foundation projects and SiGMA events.
Stakeholder Management & Representation
• Act as a key point of contact for sponsors, partners, suppliers, community leaders and project stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal SiGMA teams and external collaborators.
• Represent the Foundation at events, projects, meetings and international initiatives.
• Communicate the Foundation's mission and impact confidently to partners and stakeholders.
Reporting & Growth
• Maintain oversight of partnership pipelines, fundraising activity and project deliverables.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer.
• Support the continued growth and international expansion of the Foundation.
• Identify new partnership, fundraising and operational opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, operations, project management or a similar role.
• Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and develop partnerships.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple international projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable with frequent international travel.
• Experience within iGaming, fintech, events, CSR, philanthropy or the nonprofit sector would be an advantage.
