Marketing Manager (Spanish)

As a Marketing Manager (Spanish), based in Malta or Gibraltar, you will shape our presence in Spain through tailored media strategies and impactful campaigns.
A commercially focused Marketing Manager, you will bring strong media planning and buying expertise to lead activity for Spain and support international growth.
Working within Brand Marketing, you will support one of the world's leading online gambling companies by strengthening our positioning in Spain. Based in Malta or Gibraltar, the role sits within a team that delivers integrated communications across media, sponsorship and creative activity, using insight to shape effective campaigns and support business growth.
You will collaborate with the wider Marketing Department and trusted agency partners in a global environment. Activity spans territories and product verticals, giving you scope to apply Spanish market expertise while influencing how our marketing evolves in line with commercial ambition.

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial experience in sports sponsorship, media planning and media buying, preferably within the gambling industry.
• Budget management, agency relationship and media buying expertise.
• Strong brief-writing and creative judgement skills.
• Creative mindset, with ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges across multiple channels.
• Data literate, with ability to select measurement metrics and produce actionable insights.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with strong presentation skills and confidence working within a complex organisation.
• Track record of developing, executing and analysing brand and direct response marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of how to transform objectives into briefs and marketing plans.
• Managing large budgets and partnering with senior leaders to support investment planning and efficient accounting and payment processes.
• Aligning marketing plans to clear objectives and evaluation measures.
• Supporting development of professionals across the wider Brand Marketing team.
• Delivering 360-degree brand marketing campaigns that support brand strategy and ensure excellence across all touchpoints.
• Leading media strategy and buying across television, sponsorships, digital, radio and OOH.
• Briefing internal and external agencies to ensure creative excellence, KPI measurement and campaign delivery.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver optimised campaigns and creative.
• Improving ways of working and using research and insight workstreams to optimise brand strategy and positioning.
• Collaborating with creative design teams to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
