Affiliate Manager — iGaming / Uzbekistan / LATAM

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our iGaming team and develop affiliate partnerships across Uzbekistan and LATAM markets.
The main focus of the role is attracting and developing partners who work with Influencer traffic, Telegram, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and SEO.

Responsibilities

Search for and acquire new affiliates, webmasters, influencers, and traffic partners;
Develop partnerships across Uzbekistan and LATAM GEOs;
Work with traffic sources including Influencers, Telegram, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and SEO;
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership models;
Onboard new partners and support them throughout the cooperation process;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates;
Analyze partner performance and traffic quality;
Identify opportunities to scale successful partnerships and traffic volumes;
Monitor competitors, market trends, and new traffic opportunities;
Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Requirements

Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / Gambling / Betting;
Hands-on experience working with at least several of the following traffic sources: Influencers, Telegram, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, SEO;
Experience with Uzbekistan and/or LATAM GEOs will be a strong advantage;
Existing network of affiliates, webmasters, influencers, or traffic partners is highly preferred;
Understanding of key iGaming metrics and affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTD, deposits, ROI;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to independently source, onboard, and develop new partners;
English — sufficient for communication with international partners. Knowledge of relevant local languages is a plus.
