JobMatchingPartner is currently assisting an iGaming company in the search for a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join their Finance Department. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the selected candidate will support the Finance team with financial accounting, reporting, and PSP reconciliations.
This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €28K (negotiable depending on experience).
Role & Responsibilities
- Record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions across various PSPs and bank accounts
- Conduct weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations while investigating discrepancies
- Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks and reserves
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform basic financial analysis, identify variances and provide recommendations
- Support process automation initiatives and finance projects
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in PSP reconciliations within the iGaming industry – non-negotiable
- Fluency in English at C2 or native level, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Pivot Tables
- Experience handling large transactional datasets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Salary of up to €28K negotiable depending on experience
