We are looking for a Team Lead Traffic Acquisition!
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the traffic acquisition strategy
Lead and develop the acquisition team
Manage multiple acquisition channels, including Affiliate, Media Buying / Paid, SEO / Organic, Referral, and others
Analyze and optimize traffic across GEOs, brands, and channels
Own key performance metrics: FTD, CPA/CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, Retention, Payback, GGR/NGR
Manage planning, forecasting, and budget allocation
Identify opportunities to scale existing channels and launch new traffic sources and partnerships
Collaborate closely with Product, Retention, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Traffic Acquisition / Performance Marketing
Experience leading a team or an acquisition function
Strong understanding of Affiliate, Media Buying / Paid, SEO / Organic, and other acquisition channels
Proven experience scaling significant traffic volumes across multiple GEOs, brands, and channels
Strong analytical skills and understanding of acquisition unit economics
Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools
Data-driven approach to traffic allocation, optimization, and scaling
