Motion Designer

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus
• Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation;
• Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc);
• Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas;
• Strong grasp of composition, typography and color; can rationally defend design choices;
• Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio.

Will be plus:

• Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow;
• Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency;
• Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability.

Responsibilities:

• Core Content Creation: Produce motion graphics content for our diverse campaigns and media channels;
• Research & Innovation: Conduct market/competitor research and analysis, preparing compelling ideas and proposals to improve internal visual communication and boost engagement;
• Brand Evolution: Work on updating and developing the brand's visual identity internally;
• Handling large, complex tasks to update the company’s visual communication;
• Maintenance: Efficiently work with and adapt existing templates and guidelines.
