We are looking for a Team Lead Python to join our team!

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial Python development experience.
1+ years as a Team Lead.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud environments.
Understanding REST, experience with different protocols (especially http and gRPC))
Experience with databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis) and messaging systems (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
Strong engineering practices (code reviews, testing, clean code) and people management skills.

Will be plus:

Experience with Grafana/LGTM, Datadog or similar observability tools.
Experience with DORA metrics or engineering performance metrics.
On-call experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring and regular feedback.
Own the team's technical delivery—from planning and estimation to releases and production support.
Drive code quality, architecture decisions and continuous improvement of existing services.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.
Hire, onboard and develop engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
