Senior Performance Marketing Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious iGaming operator to appoint a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, a pivotal hire to build its in-house paid acquisition capability from the ground up. Based in Malta, you'll join a business investing seriously in growth and looking for someone to shape how it acquires high-value players.
This is a broad, hands-on remit: rather than splitting into channel silos too early, the business wants one strong operator to test, launch and scale across paid social, search, display, native and programmatic, then prove which channels deserve dedicated investment. It suits a commercially sharp performance marketer who still loves running campaigns personally and wants the chance to build a team as channels scale.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns, with a particular focus on growing Meta and paid social
• Test and scale Google/Search, display, native and programmatic opportunities, and identify new channels
• Own campaign budgets and optimisation
• Track and report on FTDs, CPA/CAC, conversion, NGR, LTV and payback, focusing on player quality over top-line metrics
• Collaborate with creative and social teams on ad concepts, and with Marketing Analytics on attribution and profitability
• Build the business case for specialist hires as individual channels reach scale

Requirements:

• Strong, current hands-on paid acquisition experience in iGaming, not just agency or team management
• Australian market acquisition experience strongly preferred
• Proven Meta/paid social expertise; Google/Search knowledge preferred
• Display, native or programmatic experience is an advantage
• Solid grasp of tracking and attribution
• Experience advertising in restricted or high-risk verticals is a plus
• Strong commercial focus and the appetite to execute now and lead a team later
