I am a Head of Affiliates in iGaming with a proven track record of scaling affiliate programs. In two years, I progressed from leading a team of 10 affiliate managers to owning the P&L of an entire affiliate program with a team of 40, including leads, managers, and support staff. I manage the entire affiliate lifecycle, from partner acquisition and deal structuring to funnel conversion and LTV optimization. My focus is on ensuring economic viability and profitability, as volume alone is meaningless without a solid financial foundation. I am seeking a challenging role where I can leverage my expertise in growing affiliate channels and driving revenue.
